Who we are
En.Ma. evolution is a young company based in Pego, Spain. It provides different types of formal, non-formal and in-formal educational activities. En.Ma evolution is specifically devoted to the research, development and transfer of innovative educational methods and tools and it is committed to foster the development of the European community of teachers and educators of all grades and countries with the ultimate goal to improve the quality of pupils learning and to boost their learning achievements. Our SME is involved to meet the educational demands of our society and it’s open to changes, social and economic influences.
- School Education and Training: design and provision of tools and opportunities for a professional, social and cultural growth of teachers and educators, as well as youngsters and adults. We specialize in developing programs aimed at vulnerable and marginalized groups, especially minorities, Roma population. Towards the innovation of the whole spectrum of European education.
- Vocational Education: we offer programmes mostly aimed at people who have primary or secondary school education and want to become more competitive on the job market with the aim of helping the unemployed people gain additional skills which in return makes them more employable. We provide educational programmes for deficit occupations (i.e. independent accountant, caregiver, assistant cook, bricklayer, greengrocer, waiter etc.) and in this way enable human resource development and a better economic competitiveness of actors in the labour market.
- Adult Education: this particular area is aimed at people who want to gain additional skills, improve their knowledge and their chances of professional advancement. The programmes offered within this area consist of different IT training courses, such as AutoCAD Specialist, Web Application Programmer, Computer Operator, Digital Photography Editing, C# and ASP.NET Programmer, as well as other courses like Accountant, Caregiver, Geronto housewife, Cook, Waiter etc. We also offer language courses for adults, from general and business language courses to conversation language courses.
- Non-formal Education: Language courses aimed at all age groups with specially tailored classes to fit the students’ needs; ICT workshops for beginners; Art workshops; Cutting and sewing workshops; Photo workshops; Gastronomic workshops etc.
- Local Development and Project Management: assistance to public and private entities in developing vision and goals, providing advice and services.
target group
Our main target group consists of vulnerable groups, unemployed, troubled workers, adult teachers and trainers, guidance and support staff, policy makers, people at risk of exclusion, the most vulnerable adult population and those at risk of hardship (social, economic, labor, relational), disadvantaged people, disadvantaged groups (refugees, Roma, minorities, socio-economically disadvantaged, etc. ), adults from all sectors, adults over 50 years old, ecc.
